Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities
Customer Service Individual Needed for a Dynamic Medical Supply Company! Someone who is looking to make a positive impact on individuals' lives on a daily basis. Weekends Required, flexible schedule between 8:30am and 7pm $18/hour. This is currently part-time with potential of going full-time and permanent.You will also have to report to the office daily with no future remote capabilities, due to the job needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound orders to address what equipment is needed for the patients
- Face to face assistance and training details to the individuals who need medical equipment.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the database.
- Process and deliver orders as they come into the hospital to the patient's room.
- This position will be 2-3 days per week in office and does include every Saturday and Sunday.
- Paid weekly on Fridays!
