Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled e-Commerce Project Manager to oversee and deliver complex projects across platforms such as Magento, Shopify, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). This role involves comprehensive project management from the initial planning stages through to execution, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams to achieve timely and high-quality e-commerce solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage end-to-end e-commerce projects across Magento, Shopify, and SFCC platforms.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, set timelines, and establish deliverables.
- Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Employ both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to ensure flexible and efficient project execution.
- Facilitate thorough testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and coordinate post-launch optimization.
- Develop and manage relationships with vendors, ensuring effective integration of third-party services.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in e-commerce project management, specifically with Magento, Shopify, and SFCC.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, development workflows, and third-party integrations.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
- PMP or Scrum Master certification is considered advantageous.
