Job Qualifications:

• A Registered Nurse.
• Experience in mental health rehabilitation.
• A demonstrated ability to monitor and assess client progress and maintain records for client services.
• Evidence of the ability to work independently and to exercise responsibilities initiative.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Scope:

• Requires flexibility in scheduling via pager.
• Requires ability to speak clearly, hear easily.
• Requires ability to lift, carry, fold, kneel, reach, stack, stoop, bend and climb stairs.
• May be required to report to work during emergencies including inclement weather.

Purpose:

• A client services position with responsibility for Clinical/Nursing support to Outpatient Services.

Supervision Received:

• Receives supervision from Director, Outpatient Services and Residential D & A Services in consultation with the Medical Director.

Supervision Exercised:
