Responsibilities- Review and process Purchase & Sale Agreements with accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyze and manage Title survey reviews.
- Handle all aspects related to Closing documents.
- Oversee landlord and tenant leases, ensuring all legalities are adhered to.
- Involvement in Business Planning & Entity Documentations.
- Engage in Like Kind Exchange Planning.
- Draft, review and negotiate various real estate contracts.
- Utilize skills with Adobe Acrobat, Case Management Software, and Document Management.
- Apply knowledge of Commercial Real Estate, Landlord & Tenant Leases, Contracts, business planning and entity documents to your daily plan
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Attorney/Lawyer.
- Experience with Purchase & Sale Agreements is welcome
- Knowledge of Closing documents is needed
- Strong skills in Document Management are necessary.
- Must have expertise in Commercial Real Estate.
- Experience with Real Estate Leases is required.
- Knowledge of Tenant Leases is critical.
- Familiarity with Lease Contracts is required.
- Experience in dealing with Real Estate Contracts is essential.
