Responsibilities:

• Utilizing your knowledge of IT enterprise level business applications, including data warehousing and analytical reporting, to support business operations.
• Applying your experience in Finance, Procurement, QA, and R& D within F& O to analyze and improve current business practices.
• Using your understanding of IT Business Architecture and Project Management frameworks to guide project execution.
• Leveraging your knowledge of system life cycle, system testing, relational databases, and programming constructs to enhance IT operations.
• Using your skills in Microsoft and D365 to gather and define requirements, and to manage configurations.
• Drawing from your previous experience with business rule collection methodologies and process mapping to optimize business processes.
• Communicating complex business and technical issues to all levels of the company effectively.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in CRM applications, with a specific focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Demonstrable understanding and experience with D365.
• Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Business Process Functions, preferably in the agriculture industry.
• Proven expertise in defining and documenting requirements.
• Familiarity with the agriculture industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
