Accounts Payable Clerk

This role focuses on tasks related to account reconciliation, data entry, and invoice processing in a dynamic work environment. This position is fully onsite in Charlestown.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out accurate and efficient processing of accounts payable transactions
• Manage account reconciliation tasks, ensuring all financial data aligns and any discrepancies are addressed
• Execute check runs to facilitate timely and accurate payments
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Yardi for data entry and other related tasks
• Code invoices accurately to maintain organized financial records
• Handle invoice processing tasks, ensuring all invoices are accounted for and processed correctly
• Monitor customer accounts, identifying any issues and taking appropriate action
• Respond to customer inquiries, providing high-quality customer service and resolving any issues
• Maintain accurate customer credit records, updating information as necessary.
• Proficient in Account Reconciliation
• Practical experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Familiarity with Check Runs
• Proficiency in Coding Invoices
• Strong Data Entry skills
• Experience with Invoice Processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
