Maintenance Mechanic

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Maintenance Mechanic with experience in CNC repair and a solid background in both electrical and mechanical maintenance. Knowledge of PLC programming is a significant plus. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of troubleshooting complex machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure production efficiency.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure machines operate at peak performance.
- Assist in PLC programming and modifications as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Collaborate with production teams to quickly address equipment malfunctions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
- Background in CNC machine repair and maintenance.
- Proficiency in electrical and mechanical systems troubleshooting.
- Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
