Were looking for candidates who have demonstrated success through academic and professional achievements in economics, finance, or related fields such as accounting and statistics. Individuals should enjoy solving analytical and empirical problems and have exceptional creative and critical thinking skills, as well as excellent oral and written communications skills.
Responsibilities
may include designing and building quantitative models and applying statistical and econometric analysis to financial data; valuation analyses; reviewing, summarizing, and analyzing industry trends; creating trial exhibits and presentation materials; participating in client meetings; and drafting memos and expert reports.
Qualifications:NERA welcomes candidates with a Bachelors degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting and zero to three years of relevant work experience. Candidates with a Masters degree in the same fields are also encouraged to apply. Candidates will be considered based on the strength of their academic training, work experience, and critical thinking and communication skills.
A successful applicant will be expected to work at least three days in person in NERAs Washington, D.C. or Chicago office. Travel is infrequent and only when required by the client.

The applicable base salary for this role is $90,000per year.
In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
