- Maintain all office equipment and office area in a clean and correctly operating condition at all times.
- Become familiar with parts procedures and assist with receiving, procuring, and returning parts as outlined in established procedures.
- Answer phones, assist callers, greet walk-in customers, collect photos of damaged vehicles.
- Perform data entry as assigned by supervisor.
- Maintain work area in a clean, neat and safe manner at all times.
- Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor.
