JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Dietary Supervisor promotes the health and well-being of residents through nutrition management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Oversees the dietary departmental staff and all facets of food preparation
+ Ensures adherence to standardized recipes
+ Ensures nutritional requirements (as directed by the registered dietitian)
+ Ensures facility and departmental policies and procedures, safe handling practices, and infection control standards
