Field Technician

Position Overview:

Remove affected textile items. Review and follow up billings and customer concerns. Manage multiple job files and assignments.

What You’ll do:

• Engage with adjusters, third-party administrators, and restoration contractors via telephone.
• Actively listen to customer needs and concerns, offering tailored solutions and providing
• exceptional service.
• Utilize our CRM system to manage leads, track interactions, and monitor sales activities.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns aimed at driving engagement and conversions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to remain competitive in the marketplace.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights.

What You’ll Need:

• Education: High school diploma or GED required
• Experience: Prior experience in restoration, construction, or related field preferred.
• Physical: Meet physical demand of lifting 35 lbs. daily.
• Background: Complete and pass a background check and have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
