Responsibilities:

The Medical Director/Clinical Physician is responsible for the coordination and oversight of all
medical care and quality of services provided at the Clinic. This position will serve as a member of the Medical
Management Staff, and will collaborate with the Executive Director and Board of Directors in the development of services

and program plans. The Medical Director will ensure consistent quality of care to patients of the clinic by the oversight of

the establishment of clinic quality goals, which include the tracking and monitoring of these goals. The Medical

Director/Clinical Physician will also provide delivery of medical services to patients of the clinic in a primary care and/or

urgent care environment.

Qualifications:

  1. 3-5 years work experience in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
  2. Graduate of a University/Program with a Doctorate Degree of Medicine or Osteopathic– MD or DO
  3. Current California Medical License – MD or DO
  4. Unrestricted Current DEA Registration
  5. Current California Board of Pharmacy Controlled Substance Certificate of Registration
  6. Current medical staff member at Shasta Regional Medical Center or meets all credentialing
requirements in order to obtain privileges
  1. 2 years Medical Director experience preferred

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $290,0,000 to $350, 000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
