Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist for the 2024-2025 school year to work with K-12th grade students. This full-time position offers a 37.5-hour work week with various caseloads available across different grade levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students, ensuring their academic and social success.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to address students' speech and language needs.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide training and support to school staff regarding communication strategies and interventions.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid South Carolina Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- Experience working in a school setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
