Job Description
  • Create job requisitions in the applicant tracking system as needed.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage interview logistics, including preparing interview materials and greeting candidates.
  • Provide timely updates to candidates regarding their status and next steps in the process.
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Specialists to support the recruitment process.
  • Handle general administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as managing candidate documentation and communications.
  • Attend in-person training, interviews, and meetings as needed while working remotely otherwise.
