Looking for an admin experienced in bookkeeping and other administrative duties to report directly to our CEO. We are a small marketing agency comprised of 8 professionals located in downtown Hartford CT. We work on marketing initiatives with our clients within the hospitality, real estate, and travel industries.We are a tight-knit team that cares about a caring and professional atmosphere and healthy work-life balance.
Our ideal candidate will:- Have experience in bookkeeping (1-2 years minimum required)
- Be extremely reliable and trustworthy (background check may be applicable)
- Be organized and detailed oriented
- Be a proactive problem solver
- Be professional and polished
- Have great written communication skills
- Bookkeeping
- Coordinating with tax firm on end-of-year information
- Managing accounts payable
- Filing systems organization
- Office management duties
- Managing CEO calendar as needed
- Coordinating travel plans for CEO as needed
- Other administrative duties for the CEO as needed
We prefer to hire locally from Hartford CT, but not required.
