Senior Network Operations Center Engineer

Our client is currently seeking Senior Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer to join their team, Hybrid opportunity in the Albany area! Responsibilities of the Senior (NOC) Engineer will include:-Manage system/network administration of multiple servers, applications, databases, and company networks.-Provide Level 3 technical support and oversight for clients.-Train and mentor junior staff.-Write and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation.-Drive business process improvements for service and project delivery.-Maintain high-level knowledge of ConnectWise (ERP) and Automate (RMM) tools.-Serve as a key contact for customers, vendors, partners, and distributors.-Oversee corporate systems, including network and server administration.
