Accountant/Full Charge Bookkeeper - Monterey Park
JOB TITLE : Accountant / Full Charge Bookkeeper IDEAL Candidate is a detail oriented, organized , self starter that can multi-task and handle multiple ongoing projects with good written and verbal communication skills.
Description : Prepare and post all entries to the GL to ensure timely and accurate monthly financial statements, review General Ledger accounts to be sure all G/L accounts are in balance. Prepare GL analysis & work papers for CPA firm’s yearend certified audit and interface with the Auditors during the annual audit’
Reconcile all bank accounts, credit cards and general ledger accounts are reconciled and in balanced monthly.
Prepare all reports for cities, states counties and federal returns and reports are accurately completed and filed on time(including Extensions). Review monthly billing and accounts receivable, payroll, accounts payable and prepare general journal entries for accounts such as fixed assets, prepaid expenses depreciation and all other prepaid and expenses for accuracy.other such accounts that need adjusting.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of Accounting experience including preparation of financial statements.Education: College degree in Accounting or equivalent training and experience
