MFCC is seeking a skilled Construction Bid Estimator to join our growing team. The Bid Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and bid proposals for multifamily and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of construction materials and methods, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.As a key member of the team, the Bid Estimator will play an essential role in ensuring projects are accurately estimated and executed within budget and on time.
