We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Hampton, New Hampshire. This role is situated in the insurance industry and requires diligent execution of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will aid in the efficient operation of our team by managing member submissions and service requests, as well as providing support to our Insurance Placement Specialists.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and accurately distribute member submissions and service requests received via email to the appropriate team member.
  • Process service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with various departments within the organization to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Utilize Microsoft Outlook for communication and scheduling purposes.
  • Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on account status.
  • Provide essential support to team members as needed.
  • Cope effectively within a fast-paced work environment.
  • Continually work towards improving customer service efficiency. • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
  • Experience in Data Entry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
