Online Mental Health Therapist in California – Flexible & Supportive Work Environment

Looking for a remote therapy position that supports both you and your clients? We’re hiring LCSWs, LPCCs, and LMFTs to provide virtual therapy services in California.

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full-time, Remote
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 per year + benefits

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.
• Work with clients to create personalized mental health goals.
• Offer emotional support and crisis intervention when needed.
• Keep detailed and compliant client records.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Active California LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT license.
• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or similar field.
• Previous experience in therapy or mental health counseling.
• Passion for delivering effective, client-centered care.
