Data Entry Clerk - Torrance
This person will be responsible for recordkeeping, data inspection and supplier certification. This person will be work in parallel as the department looks to outsource Document Control; however, until this process is finalized, there needs to be someone in place to complete the function.
The review is expected to be completed within the 4- 6 months. Once this is determined, the decision will be made regarding this position potentially converting to permanent.-Under the guided direction of the department or work cell supervisor or manager, employee will work as a team member within an assigned work group to produce or process microwave products in an environment of continual process improvement.-Sets up and operates equipment or developmental microwave tubes.-Performs general administrative support tasks in such functional areas including, but not limited to, finance, legal, program management, procurement, sales, and contracts.-Prepares documents, spreadsheets, reports and presentations.-Creates and/or maintains appropriate logs, databases, inventories, filing (hard or soft copy), status reports/tracking.-May perform some research or data analysis tasks.-Takes and delivers messages, provide information to callers, distribute and route mail, packages and paperwork.
Other duties may include, but not limited to the following:-Responsible for Quality Data Entry.-Responsible for record keeping utilizing high speed scanner.-Responsible for supporting quality administrative as needed by the team.
