Responsibilities:

• Oversee fund accounting, including preparation of financial statements, NAV calculations, and investor reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage capital calls, distributions, waterfall calculations, and maintain relationships with third-party service providers.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and provide strategic insights on fund structuring, cash flow, and overall financial strategy.
• Collaborate with the investment team on funding strategies, liquidity planning, and banking relationships.
• Supervise tax filings, regulatory compliance, and quarterly performance reports.
• Lead the annual audit process and assist the CFO in finance department initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in investment funds, such as private equity, private credit, or venture capital.
• Strong knowledge of investment partnership accounting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, team-oriented, organized, and analytical with a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
