Role Overview

As the Sales, Operations & Visual Merchandising Sr. Coordinator, you are responsible for leading all activities to ensure business continuity and support operational excellence across all channels (Internal Retail, External Retail, Watch Specialist & E-Commerce).

The ideal candidate should be flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment. The position reports directly to the Ops & Business Performance Manager. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

Daily Operations (40%)
  • Provide Sales Support to Sales Teams
  • Place, maintain and monitor Sales Orders and International Purchase Orders
  • Manage inquiries on product availability, estimated lead time for deliveries and special requests
  • Manage pricelists, wishlists, inbound / outbound shipment logs, backorder lists as needed
  • Own and improve the ordering process for Sales Accessories and Packaging Components
  • Maintain assortments for Sales Accessories by boutique and ensure sufficient replenishment
  • Problem solver for all account issues (inventory, pricing, credits, returns, shipping, availability inquiries, ETA inquiries etc)
  • Ensure proper understanding and execution of Maison Consignment policies and procedures and assist with bi-annual audits
Visual Merchandising (30%)
  • Plan and execute seasonal in-store, windows and event product displays according to HQ guidelines and aspiring new creatives to elevate our brand image
  • Propose and consolidate Visual Merchandising and Trade Marketing material order with HQ and keep track on inbound and outbound delivery and stock movement
  • Ensure timely communication with HQ VM team, boutiques and vendors to accomplish all projects with good quality, timely delivery and budget control
  • Provide display training to frontline staff and monitor display performance
Business Intelligence & Reporting (20%)
  • Maintain internal reporting and analyses and update as needed
  • Support Sales Team during annual Budget Presentations to RDU Global Executive Committee and any ad-hoc quarterly Business Reviews for Richemont Senior Leadership
  • Manage Weekly Sales Forecast in collaboration with Sales Team
  • Manage Weekly Stock Reports and Product Delivery updates
Logistics (10%)
  • Identify potential process improvement opportunities and propose concrete solutions to solve inefficiencies
  • Improve daily SAP operational processes through regression / enhancement testing in virtual environments
  • Assist with POS Openings / Closings (opening stock order planning, SAP set-up, Master Data Maintenance)
Qualifications
  • Autonomous, data-driven, detail oriented
  • Strong time management skills / able to manage simultaneous deadlines
  • Able to adapt to new ad-hoc responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on mentality, pro-active and problem-solving minded / strong customer service mindset
  • Team player with good interpersonal competences, curiosity, and empathy
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus
  • Proficiency of Microsoft Office is a must
  • Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business
  • 1-3 years of experience in merchandising, store planning, buying and/or supply chain, operations.
  • Affinity with the luxury industry is an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Expected Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
