Join a fast-growing, nationally recognized commercial real estate investment and development firm as a Fund Controller. This hybrid role in San Francisco offers exposure to all aspects of asset management, providing CFO-level insights and hands-on experience across various real estate types.

Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly accounting, including operating reports and budget variance analysis.
• Support annual budget and financial forecast development.
• Prepare quarterly investor reports with detailed financial statements.
• Oversee cash distributions and preferred return calculations.
• Assist with financial modeling and performance assessments.
• Manage year-end audits and tax filings, coordinating with auditors and tax preparers.
• Facilitate property acquisitions/dispositions and collaborate with third-party management teams.
• Enhance team best practices and support system improvements.

• 7+ years in real estate accounting/finance.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
• CPA preferred.
• GAAP knowledge; Yardi Voyager experience a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
