We are seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join our client's law firm in Ambler, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be tasked with handling a wide range of responsibilities, from processing legal documents to managing case records and legal software.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and organize various legal documents using Adobe Acrobat and NetDocuments
- Tax Planning for case management and tax planning tasks
- Oversee calendar management and briefing schedules
- Execute billing functions and oversee corporate accounting activities
- Administer claims and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Maintain and update legal case records efficiently
- Prepare annual tax reports using CCH Sales Tax.
- Applicant must hold a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal.
- Knowledge of Case Management Software is vital.
- Proficiency in Billing Functions is required.
- Experience in Briefing is necessary.
- Ability of Calendar Management is essential.
- Applicant should possess excellent Communication skills.
- Knowledge of Corporate Accounting is required.
- Experience in Annual Tax is necessary.
- Proficiency in NetDocuments software is a must.
- Familiarity with CCH Sales Tax software is essential.
- Knowledge and experience of CCH ProSystem fx - Tax Planning software is vital.
