This position is within the Prime Video U.S. Operations team, reporting into the Head of Marketing Operations for Prime Video. The Senior Program Manager, Clearances is the lead point of accountability for managing the Prime Video Marketing campaigns clearance process looking across all types of marketing initiatives from media efforts to those that are on the platform.This role will partner closely with members of the Prime Video team, Studios, TVOD, FAST, and Channels partners, constantly crafting and streamlining process. They will also spearhead improvements and provide tooling recommendations due to the complex nature of clearances.
They will ensure that assets are delivered efficiently and effectively, leveraging fit-for-purpose tooling while achieving the objectives of both the portfolio of marketing campaigns, as well as the overarching business objectives of Amazon.
The Senior Program Manager, Clearances should be highly organized and be comfortable managing work with competing deadlines, changes in priorities, and across a diverse range of stakeholders. They will work in a complex operations environment with influence and impact extending across the Prime Video marketing business.
Key job responsibilities- Lead clearances for priority campaigns as needed. Serve as the clearance leader, developing collaborative communications with 3P licensors and internal studio teams.
- Educate cross-functional partners about new and evolving clearance workflows.
- Update, refine, and author the clearance process (for audio-visual, static, and digital content) and workflow. Provide process education to Prime Video and Studios stakeholders.
- Provide operational guidance to Prime Video and input on clearances tooling initiatives that will be developed for the organization.
- Oversee campaign readiness processes, working closely with campaign managers, producers, and creative teams. Ensure workflows, approvals matrices, and RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) frameworks are consistently updated for clearances.
- Drive connectivity across Studios, TVOD, Channels, FAST, and Prime Video stakeholders on clearance operations. Ensure stakeholder engagement, relationship development, and bi-directional information/data sharing.
- Oversee change management activities impacting Prime Video marketing clearance campaign workflows. Provide subject matter expertise and business context as required.- 5+ years of creative services experience
- Experience leading projects across multiple stakeholders
- Experience and understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department or company
- Experience working at or with a creative or advertising agency, network, streaming service or studio
- Experience leading process improvements or operations tool implementations (e.g. digital asset management tool)
- Experience with digital asset management tools
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience writing business strategy documents and plans
- Experience managing marketing campaign clearances- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience defining and executing program requirements
- Entertainment marketing experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Amazon is a total compensation company.
