Position Summary:

The candidate should have extensive experience in the financial industry, a strong proficiency in Microsoft technologies and languages

including but not limited to SQL, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and C#. This individual will have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects within an Agile/Scrum framework.

Pay range for this position is $103,793.30 - $138,917.48 with a progressive benefit package.

Responsibilities

1. Ensures proper utility is available for front-end development; through assessing all aspects of

1. Integrates APIs, completes code review, and provides documentation throughout all development

1. Transforms design layouts and wireframes into usable front-end functionality through developing,

1. Makes certain that application interfaces are user-friendly; including optimal accessibility,

1. Liaisons with other developers and system admins to ensure interrelated processes and

1. Utilizes and has knowledge of tools and resources including, but not limited to, Python, SQL,

1. Serves as a mentor for other developers.
2. Ideates with other developers, IT teammates, PM and stakeholders for solutioning.
3. Stays up to date with the latest trends, technologies and best practices in development.

1. Degree in computer science, engineering, or a relevant technical field or equivalent work

1. Minimum 2-4 years of related experience required.
2. Handles complex issues and problems and is able to assist in troubleshooting other teammates'

1. Performs work under moderate to minimal supervision.
2. Proficiency in multiple front-end programming languages and libraries (e.g. HTML, CSS,

1. Proficiency in multiple back-end programming languages and frameworks (e.g. Python, Java, C#,

1. Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and web servers (e.g. Apache,

1. Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools
2. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
3. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
4. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
5. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest web technologies and trends

This position reports to the IT Director Data Services & Development.

This position is not responsible for the supervision of others.
