Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities
- Quote and issue new homeowner and automobile insurance policies.
- Service existing homeowner and automobile insurance clients.
- Process policy changes on company websites and in our agency management system (EZLynx - Applied Systems).
- Requote existing policies to ensure clients receive the most competitive rates.
- Answer phone inquiries and provide prompt, professional assistance.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while building and maintaining client relationships.
- Minimum 1-2+ years of experience in a customer service role within an insurance agency.
- Proficient in using computers and software, particularly EZLynx (Applied Systems).
- Customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive salary: $54,000 - $60,000/year.
