FP&A Consultant

This role focuses on creating efficient structures for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to aid strategic decision-making and improve financial performance visibility.

• Design and implement a structured annual budgeting process to align with strategic goals
• Create adaptable budget templates for various business units, initiatives, or departments
• Develop dynamic financial forecasting models for rapid scenario analysis and sensitivity testing
• Introduce rolling forecasting mechanisms that incorporate real-time business and market data
• Create actionable financial reports focusing on variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast)
• Perform in-depth weighted average cost of capital (WACC) analysis factoring in industry benchmarks
• Refine budgets and forecasts continuously based on operational performance, market trends, and business priorities
• Develop automated and efficient rolling weekly cash flow reporting processes
• Collaborate with treasury teams to integrate debt payment schedules, funding needs, and project streams into cash flow planning
• Automate reporting workflows to improve consistency and reduce manual effort.
• Proven proficiency in WACC Analysis
• Strong experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A)
• Demonstrated ability in Cash Flow Modeling
• Expertise in Financial Modeling
• Substantial knowledge in Budgeting and Forecasting
• Proficient in using Power BI for data analysis and visualization
• Experience in KPI Reporting
• Skilled in Strategic Planning
• Demonstrated ability in Rolling Forecasting
