Project Coordinator

Robert Half is partnering with a San Diego-based client to hire a Project Coordinator. This person will play a key role in supporting projects from start to finish, ensuring collaboration and communication across teams, and helping the company meet its goals efficiently and effectively.

• Coordinate a variety of projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress and identifying potential delays.
• Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, preparing agendas and distributing notes or action items.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with goals.
• Provide administrative support to project managers and other stakeholders, as needed.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation related to project status updates.
• Identify risks and escalate issues or roadblocks to project leadership for resolution.
• Experience: At least 2+ years of project coordination or administrative support experience
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management tools/software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and strong Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities; strong written and verbal communication skills; high attention to detail.
• Soft Skills: Ability to work collaboratively, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and work well under tight deadlines.
