My client is headquartered out of Virginia with multiple offices across the East Coast. They have grown YOY for the last 10 years since their beginning and have completed $600M worth of construction. They specialize in multifamily renovations up to $5M.
Job Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Lead and manage the full life cycle of construction projects, from pre-construction through to completion.
- Oversee a Project Manager, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage all aspects of project execution, including design, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and coordination with subcontractors.
- Ensure that all projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with clients and the internal team to ensure design and construction objectives are met.
- Use Procore, Bluebeam, and Sage Timberline for project management and reporting

The Successful Applicant
The ideal Project Manager will have:
- 3-5+ years of experience in project management, with a strong background in design-build projects.
- Multifamily renovation project experience needed
- Proficient in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Sage Timberline).
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
