Regional Vice President - Enterprise Sales

Overview:

Are you a sales leader with a proven track record of hiring, scaling, and leading elite Enterprise Sales teams? This is your opportunity to take full ownership of leading a sales team within the industry leader for agentic and robotic automation!

What you'll do at UiPath:

  • Lead and inspire a team of 7-10 enterprise sales executives, taking ownership of the sales targets for your assigned region
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company sales goals, accurately forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Coach and motivate your team to build and grow their territories, fostering a culture of sales excellence and psychological safety
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Value Engineering, Customer Success, Product, etc.) to create a flawless customer experience
  • Manage key customer relationships, participating in closing strategic opportunities and engaging with C-level executives
  • Drive consistent implementation of sales processes, pipeline management, and performance metrics
  • Represent the voice of clients and prospects, shaping UiPath's product development strategy

What you'll bring to the team:

  • 5+ years of experience building and managing successful Enterprise sales teams in the enterprise software industry
  • Proven track record of developing go-to-market strategies and scaling high-performing sales functions in fast-growing environments
  • Outstanding leadership capabilities, with a focus on hiring, developing, and motivating talented individuals
  • Demonstrable experience in building and managing executive-level relationships, both internally and externally
  • Deep understanding of SaaS/Cloud Go-To-Market strategies and effective customer engagement
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA a plus)
  • willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
