Restaurant Operations Manager Salary: $60,000 - $77,000
We are seeking an experienced, full-service Restaurant Manager with the potential to become General Manager within 6-12 months. You will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of food quality, service excellence, and customer satisfaction.Our scratch kitchen features signature entrees, homemade sides, unique desserts, and handcrafted cocktails.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Ensure top-notch food quality, health and safety compliance, and customer experience
- Lead and mentor a team of chefs, servers, and front-line staff
- Oversee inventory management, scheduling, and cost control
- Support growth in sales and profitability
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a high-volume, casual dining environment
- Proven leadership skills in restaurant management
- Strong understanding of inventory management, cost control, and profitability
- Expertise in customer service and team management
- Ability to handle multi-tasking, problem-solving, and decision-making under pressure
- Solid background in front-of-house and back-of-house operations
