Job Purpose
The Order Services Representative is responsible for all aspects of order fulfillment. This includes entering various types of orders (project, non-project, warranty, change, re-orders) and diligently following up with factories and suppliers to ensure orders are acknowledged and committed within lead times to meet project timelines.They also partner with logistics support to ensure shipments are closely tracked, organized, and delivered to job sites on time.
A glimpse of your daily mission- Verify the completeness of order documents received from our customers and salespeople.
- Work closely with Customer Service, Sales and Project Management teams to finalize technical specifications and project schedules.
- Ensure all order details are verified and confirmed by factories and suppliers.
- Cross-train within the team to ensure business continuity.
- Participate in daily team meetings and report activities to management.
- Be proactive in continuous improvement.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Service tasks.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word; knowledge of any Order Entry System is an advantage.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work as part of a team.
