Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls providing exceptional customer service
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars to ensure efficient operations
• Following up with clients to maintain healthy detail oriented relationships
• Processing and scanning incoming mail for proper documentation
• Preparing outgoing mail and marketing materials for distribution
• Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Corresponding via email, ensuring clear and detail oriented communication
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook for various tasks.
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills to effectively handle client queries and concerns.
• Proficient in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and promptly.
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
