Job Description
The responsibilities of the Operations Supervisor include, but are not limited to:
- Running the team on the production floor, looking at equipment, working in the plant and making sure machinery is working properly
- Update SAP data on a daily basis
- Manage production plans
- Ensure that safety protocols are being upheld and implemented as needed
- Manage resources and ensure that schedules and timelines are being followed

The Successful Applicant
The successful Operations Supervisor will:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred or 5-7 years of relevant experience with no degree
- 5+ years of experience
- Experience in a manufacturing plant or refinery
- SAP experience is preferred
- Ability to read P&ID's and schematics
- Ability to obtain TWIC certification
