  • Ensure all customer interactions are properly documented
  • Collaborate with other team members to enhance customer experience
  • Identify and report any customer issues or complaints to the supervisor
  • Continually strive to improve customer service processes and procedures
  • Keep customer information confidential in accordance with company policy. • Proficiency in CRM systems to efficiently manage and track customer interactions.
  • Proven ability to answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
  • Demonstrated skills in assisting customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Experience in handling billing functions, including preparing invoices and tracking payments.
  • Familiarity with managing backorders, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Thorough understanding and experience in billing systems, ensuring accurate and prompt billing processes.
