The Talent Team Leader's along with the team will collaborate together to define and determine the best recruiting methods, coaching opportunities, processes, and sourcing techniques to continue to increase our ever growing teams with top talent.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Working with hiring leaders and recruiters to determine the hiring plan for each area of the company
  • Giving 1:1 coaching to each member of the team
  • Reviewing candidate metrics and holding recruiting team members accountable to metrics
  • Coaching and training the Talent Team on the day-day operations and best practices
  • Working within the ATS (iCims) to track efficiencies for each member and level of the team
  • Cross training the team to assist in other areas of recruiting
  • Reviewing documentation, assessments, processes and procedures to ensure consistency, accuracy, and value to the hiring process
  • Conducting meetings monthly with the team to monitor performance and expectations, share knowledge, and to ensure all are following the same process
  • Conducting Interviewer Training with hiring leaders throughout the company to provide the skills and support to hire the best talent in the market
  • Monitoring individual work flow and assess whether or not, we are properly staffed to handle current hiring volume
  • Creative thinking to come up with new ways to attract talent to UWM
  • Participating in leadership meetings by bringing creative ideas and examples to the table to attract new Talent

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

Must Have Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Recruiting, Leadership Experience or strong leadership aptitude
  • Ability to work with various leaders within the company directly and indirectly
  • Strong ability to determine coaching opportunities and think of outside of the box ideas for new recruiting strategies
  • Efficient time management and project management skills to lead team effectively
  • High Sense of Urgency
  • Relationship Driven
  • Strong ability to hold team accountable
  • Onsite attendance required
