Job Description
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and overseeing commercial construction projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure projects meet quality, cost, and timeline goals.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
  • Perform on-site inspections to monitor progress, compliance with project specifications, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Support the preparation of project budgets and progress reports.

The Successful Applicant
  • Experience: 2+ years in commercial construction, with proven involvement in managing multi-million-dollar projects.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities. Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).
  • Education: A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Other Requirements: Must be willing to travel within Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties. A valid driver's license is required.
