Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Survey Manager to join our team in Miami, FL. This role does not require a professional land surveyor license. The Survey Manager will oversee the daily operations of our survey crews and CAD technicians, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all surveying activities.

Responsibilities:

**Coordinate and review the work of survey crews and CAD technicians.

**Manage the preparation of As-Builts and other survey documents using AutoCAD.

**Collaborate with field Project Managers to ensure project requirements are met.

**Oversee construction layout and ensure adherence to construction plans.

**Assist in the preparation of legal descriptions as needed.

**Ensure compliance with surveying principles and practices, as well as engineering design and construction practices.

**Facilitate the preparation and submission of Water & Sewer and Paving & Drainage As-Builts.
