Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent with a focus on Electrical projects. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on construction sites, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with project specifications.This role requires someone who understands the unique culture and approach of West Texas construction environments, making it ideal for candidates familiar with the region’s work practices.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors on site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Monitor and report on project progress, including schedule and budget adherence.
- Conduct regular site inspections, enforcing safety and quality control measures.
- Resolve on-site issues and communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure Electrical & Instrumentation systems are installed per design and industry standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction supervisory role, with a focus on Electrical projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with the unique challenges of working in West Texas is a significant advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, and Oklahoma as needed.
