Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager (QCM) to join our client's growing team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will oversee quality control operations across large-scale construction projects, ensuring the highest standards are met in all aspects of project execution.

You will be responsible for leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that all projects adhere to regulatory requirements, specifications, and best practices.

The Quality Control Manager - Federal Construction - Tysons Corner will have the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee and implement quality control procedures across large-scale construction projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and construction codes.
  • Lead quality control teams, offering guidance and direction to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
  • Coordinate inspections and tests to verify work quality.
  • Act as a point of contact for project teams and clients regarding quality control matters.

The Successful Applicant

The Quality Control Manager - Federal Construction - Tysons Corner will have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the general contracting industry.
  • Proven experience managing projects valued at $20M+.
  • Previous experience leading teams in large-scale construction environments.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure settings.
  • Strong knowledge of construction quality control standards and methodologies.
