Front Desk Coordinator

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a proficient Front Desk Coordinator with our client in Fairhope, Alabama. This role is primarily focused on delivering excellent customer service and efficiently handling various administrative tasks, in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and callers
• Ensure efficient handling and coordination of customer inquiries
• Process and manage customer-related information and applications
• Maintain and update customer records with high accuracy
• Proficiently use Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for various tasks
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required
• Assist in other administrative tasks as needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, edit, and format documents
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, capable of managing spreadsheets, creating formulas, and analyzing data
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing calendars
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and staff
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for all visitors and callers
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency in administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and managing correspondence
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills to effectively resolve issues as they arise
• Flexibility in schedule, with the willingness to work evenings and weekends if required
