Overview:
A busy couple on Little Neck, NY is looking for a full-time, live-out executive housekeeper. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm (40 hours a week). The candidate should be comfortable in this type of role, with prior experience, and be polished and professional at all times.This family is looking for a long-term placement to this 6,000-square-foot home. The family has three boys, one child on the way, and two dogs. The mom would like someone to deep clean the home, she likes cleaning products that are clorox (nothing green).
Responsibilities:
- Deep cleaning of the large home
- Daily laundry every day as the kids have alot of activities
- Grocery shopping
- Managing vendors and contractors associated with the home
- Running errands to FedEx or returning packages
- Ensuring the home is properly stocked, taking inventory
- Organizing pantries and closets
- Knowledge of where to put things
- Letting the dogs out to the yard and bringing them back into the home
Qualifications:
- Preparing one or two meals per week, nothing fancy
Requirements:
- A uniform is required
- Prior experience working in a formal household
- Taking initiative
- Knowledge of designer items and how to handle them
- Organized
- Drivers License is required as there is no train near the home and you will need to go grocery shopping
Salary and Benefits:
- $40-$45/hr
