Our Client is a construction company who is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Cycle Accountant to join their construction team. This role is responsible for overseeing financial aspects of multiple projects, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and cost control.
The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and managing all aspects of job-related accounting activities. If you have experience in construction, AIA Billing and you are interested, please apply and send me an email with your resume attached.

Responsibilities
  • AIA, Release of Liens experience is a must.
  • Perform general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
  • Experience in the month-end process.
  • Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, including subcontractor and vendor invoices.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure budget adherence and forecast cash flow.
  • Maintain accounts reconciliation and ensure accuracy in project-related financial transactions.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  • QuickBooks.
