Responsibilities- AIA, Release of Liens experience is a must.
- Perform general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
- Experience in the month-end process.
- Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including subcontractor and vendor invoices.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure budget adherence and forecast cash flow.
- Maintain accounts reconciliation and ensure accuracy in project-related financial transactions.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
- QuickBooks.
