Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Taking notes and minutes in meetings.
- Ordering and managing office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Maintaining office policies and procedures.
- Managing correspondence via mail or email.
- Preparing reports and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- High School Diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration will be a plus.
