This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Job Responsibilities Include:

1. Manage and maintain financial records and documents such as receipts, invoices, and others, ensuring all documents are properly classified and filed.
2. Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings and other financial reports.
3. Issue invoices, checks, account statements as needed.
4. Implement bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.
5. Participate in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.
6. Support auditing processes and cooperate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with established financial regulations.
7. Address all queries related to accounting, providing fast and accurate information to stakeholders.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
2. Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and other financial systems.
3. Prior experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role, preferably within the industry.
4. Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
5. Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with internal departments and external partners.
