Bilingual Receptionist

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The role involves providing critical support to a legal team and ensuring smooth communication with clients. As a Receptionist, you will be the first contact point for their clients, providing top-tier customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of the front desk.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for our law firm, greeting guests and directing them to the appropriate office or person.
• Handle incoming phone calls, screening and forwarding them as necessary.
• Ensure the reception area is well-organized and presentable at all times.
• Undertake various clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and updating records.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, maintaining event calendars accordingly.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail or deliveries efficiently.
• Order necessary office supplies as needed.
• Support administrative staff and attorneys with prompt resolution of requests and queries.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• High school degree; additional certification(s) in office management are a plus.
