We’re a technology-driven primary care organization seeking a Senior IT Helpdesk Analyst to ensure our teams have the technology and support they need to perform their jobs seamlessly.

Reporting to the IT Manager, you will handle Helpdesk, and other IT needs from the internal user teams, solving a variety of daily technical challenges for a dedicated and mission-driven workforce.

Key job responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional IT Support One Medical employees, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows, macOS and Chrome OS environments.
  • Install, configure and maintain operating systems, applications and associated hardware.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all computing equipment, including computers, monitors, printers, scanners and other peripherals.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, system configurations standards and HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with Mission Control leaders to proactively address IT needs.
  • Participate in IT projects, including testing and implementation of new systems and technologies.
  • Contribute to and maintain the IT knowledge base, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Document IT processes and procedures to standardize workflows and enhance team efficiency.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to other IT analysts.
  • Own IT processes and contribute to process design and improvement initiatives.
  • Be available for occasional off-hour and weekend work as needed for maintenance and critical support.
  • 1+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience
  • 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience
  • 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience
  • 1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience
  • 2+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience
  • 2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
  • 2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience
  • High school or equivalent diploma- 2+ years of computer networking experience
  • Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $46,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $103,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
