Lead RBT - Clinical Operations Manager (COM)

Your Work and How You’ll Make a Difference:
The Clinical Operations Manager will provide training to clinical staff. In addition, this position will be responsible for managing and ensuring each Therapy Team runs effectively and efficiently, and each child is making enough progress. As a Lead RBT - COM, you will be the training leader on BI’s best-in-class practices, treatment style, and approach.You will receive mentorship, guidance, and coaching from the best BCBAs in the ABA field. The Lead RBT will be instrumental in developing the growth of our therapists and RBTs that provide direct one-to-one (1:1) therapy for all our kiddos.
Our RBTs can take part in our RBT career ladder which provides learning opportunities, internal growth and career advancement.
Our Lead RBTs work closely with our Center Administrators (CAs) and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and will receive hands-on experience with preparing assessment reports, client programming, and parent information. - Must have at least one-year early intervention experience in the field of ABA (external)
- Previous experience in a leadership role that required supervision of employees
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- Must be RBT IV or higher (internal)
- Time management skills, observation skills, and analytical skills
- Ability to receive detailed information through written and verbal communication
- Willingness to learn and implement new skills, as well as the ability to train others
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Friendly and engaging personality
- Reliable transportation is required
